Password forgotten

Step 1

Open the app:

• On an Apple device; 
• On an Android device; 
• On the web. 

Step 2

If you see "Enter your password" and can't remember it, click on "forgot password?".

Step 3

You can check who you are by getting a code. You can get the code through your email or a text on your phone. Pick one way and click 'Next'. Then, go check your email or phone for the code.

Step 4

You'll get the code (choose) in an email or a text message (sms). Write down the code where it's needed.

Step 5

Make a new password. It should have a big letter, a small letter, a number, a special symbol (like ! or @), and be at least 8 things long (letters or numbers).

Step 6

Agree to the rules (disclaimer).

Step 7

Make a PIN code that has 5 numbers and verify for a second time.

Step 8

Now you're in! On your main page (dashboard), you'll find things you need to do, news, and messages.
