How can I change my personal details

To view and change your profile details in the app, like your name, email, phone number, and address, here's what you do:

Step 1

Open the app on your phone or computer and sign in (look at 'How do I log into my account?').

Step 2

Tap on the profile picture at the top right of the main page.

Then, click on 'General'. This is where you can see and edit your account info, address, and password.

Step 3

To see or change your name, email, and phone number, click on 'My Account' in the 'Information' section.

To update your address, click on 'My Address' in the 'Address' section.

To change your password or turn off your account, click on 'Profile' in the 'Options' section.

Step 4

When you're done updating your info, press the 'Save' button at the top right.
