In the 'Study' tab, you can see the ongoing studies you are participating in and their progress. For each study, you can find corresponding information or services consisting of:

This section provides general information about the study and its objectives.
FAQ
If you have questions during the study, you can read frequently asked questions from other participants in the FAQ section.
Contact
If you have questions, you will find contact details here. You can also directly ask a question in this section.
Tasks
The 'Tasks' button shows how many tasks are pending. When you click on the tasks, you will be taken to the 'Tasks' tab. Here you can see which tasks are ready and when they need to be completed.
Chat (this option is not always available)
This button is only present if the study offers this service. The chat button shows how many new chat messages there are. When you click on chat, you go to the chats. Here you can see which chats are available.
Videocall (this option is not always available)
This button is only present if the study offers this service. The button indicates that you can make a video call. When you click on the button, you will be taken to the videocall.
Note! In case of acute health problems, immediately contact the study team or your doctor. Messages sent via the chat functionality and/or the contact form are not intended for reporting acute health problems.
