In the 'Tasks' tab, you will find tasks that you need to complete. We advise you to carry out the tasks immediately, but you can also do them at a later time. A task provides you with the following information:
- Which study the task is associated with
- How many days you have left to complete it
- Name of the task
- The date on which the task was set up
Status of Tasks
The button to open the task has three statuses:
- START: Task can be started
- PENDING: You have already begun the task, but you have not yet completed it
- Color grey button: You must complete other tasks before starting this one
Note! You will receive notifications by email (optionally via SMS, in-app, or push) when a new task is set up, as well as a reminder when you have not completed a task. Check the settings of your phone, computer, or email inbox, as these may prevent you from receiving notifications.
Content of Tasks
The content of tasks varies per study, as does the time required to complete a task. To guide you properly, each task starts with an introductory text summarizing what the task involves and how much time you typically need to complete it.
We advise you to take enough time to complete the task, as this increases the quality of the research.
Instructions for Completion
Depending on the study, some questions may include instructions. Instructions can be included in the question or under the button. Read the instructions carefully before you answer the question.
Note! You are responsible for timely and correctly answering the tasks.
