You are responsible for the use and installation of the app. Your Research will provide as much support as possible through its website but cannot guarantee that all problems will be resolved.

Your Research regularly releases updates for the app. It is your responsibility to download and correctly install these updates from the app store; Your Research cannot be held responsible for this.

Your consent is required for installing updates. If an update also includes changes to these terms of use, by installing the update, you also agree to these changes.

Liability & Warranties

The use of the app is free. Your Research strives to keep the app as available as possible and to correct errors but provides no guarantees and cannot be held liable for any form of damage, except for damage resulting from intent or recklessness.

Duration of Terms of Use

These terms of use come into effect from the moment you use the app and remain in effect as long as you use the app.

Both you and Your Research may terminate the right to use the app at any time. Upon termination of this right, the app (including any backup copies) must be deleted.

Miscellaneous

These terms of use are governed by Dutch law. In case of a dispute, we will first seek a solution together. If that fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court according to the law.

Your Research may transfer your right to use the app to a third party in the event of a business acquisition. In such a case, Your Research will inform you in a timely manner.

The invalidity of any provisions of these terms will not affect the validity of the remaining terms.

In such a case, we will consult and establish new provisions that adhere as closely as possible to the intent of the original terms.
